Client support

The use of complex information systems is usually complicated, especially for advanced users, and managing functionalities which are rarely used presents quite a challenge. Using NAV can be greatly simplified if the procedures are well documented. Clients most often need help when performing periodic activities.

Client support is offered through instructions on the proper usage of the system or the repair of previous (incorrect) activities. Instructions for the proper usage are always a smaller expense than the correction of mistakes that have already caused unwanted consequences. Client support is offered through e-mail, in person, or over the telephone.
