NAV Education

The clients' inexperience is the most common reason for the malfunction of information systems. The education of clients plays the most significant role in avoiding unwanted consequences caused by inexperienced users in a business system. Clients should definitely be provided with an opportunity to be educated to work with NAV or any other business system. Most users do not even know the possibilities they can have, and a system that is not used enough comes as a result of this, despite significant IT investment.

Education is intended for introducing the basic functions to new users, as well as to better acquaint current users with NAV and to maximize the effects that can be achieved with a business system.

Education can be organized in groups or individually, for basic or advanced functions, and it all depends on the level of existing knowledge of the client.
